Tues - Sat: 10 a.m.–5:30 p.m.

Parking available on-site. Wheelchair access at main entrance.

• Live animal enquiries – availability, care info, and responsible ownership guidance (we don’t ship live animals).
• Pet Hotel bookings – reptiles, small animals, fish, and birds.
• Special orders – we can source specific species and equipment where appropriate.
• Care & setup advice – husbandry, habitat builds, feeding schedules (non-veterinary).
• Schools & groups – educational visits and trade enquiries.

We aim to reply within one business day. For anything urgent during shop hours, please call.
Animal unwell?
We’ll help with general care advice, but for emergencies please contact a qualified veterinarian — diagnosis isn’t possible via messages.
